Sponsored by The Village Green, the Sculpture on the Green Bi-Annual Invitational Exhibition presents ten works by ten national sculptors in the park starting in July. Celebrating the variety of modes of expression of sculpture in the 21st century, the park strives to acknowledge the evolution of sculpture and represent all of the varied styles and mediums. Situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Cashiers is a prime resort destination for many cities in the southeast. The beauty of the park, $12,000.00 in Awards and Honoraria, installation assistance, insurance, and the promotion and exposure opportunities make Sculpture on the Green a premier venue for contemporary outdoor sculpture.
"All sculptures are for sale. Please contact artist directly and mention you saw their work at the village green. 15% of proceeds will go towards future sculpture aquisitions and exhibitions."
